We pledge to serve you, the customer, the very best quality products available at the lowest possible cost. We buy only top of the line low-fat meats for our cold cuts, sandwiches, and salads. Our ham is 97% fat-free imported Danish. Our burgers are Certified Angus Beef ground chuck and we serve the best quality steaks available...no soybean, no fillers and no imitation cheeses. Our white albacore tuna salad, egg salad, seafood salad and chicken salad (fresh, white breast meat only) are made in-shop daily. The hearth-baked Italian bread loaves we use for our sub rolls are baked at night in Philadelphia by "Amoroso Bakers" and delivered fresh to our store every morning to insure you a fresh product. Our Buffalo Wings are made from fresh (never frozen) chicken wings and prepared in our kitchen with our own special sauces. All of our food is prepared fresh to your order. Sometimes this takes longer than it would at a "Fast Food" restaurant, so your patience is appreciated and, we think, rewarded with a better product. Our delivery drivers are asked to make safe, prompt deliveries. They are asked to obey all moving vehicle laws and drive safely according to weather conditions. Sometimes deliveries take from thirty minutes to an hour according to conditions. We do not guarantee a delivery time. If you have a problem at any time with food not prepared to your order, attitude of employees, cleanliness of our shop or personal hygiene of our employees, please ask to talk to a manager. If you have to bring an order back to our shop that has been prepared incorrectly or you were given the wrong order, we will gladly replace those items and give you a gift certificate for their worth toward your next purchase.
